how i keep projects small 🐝

• add one feature at a time, then sit with it
• prefer files over systems, text over databases
• modular, always modular
• wander, then map small spaces/parts ... cartography comes with exploration
• if it needs a framework, question whether it needs to exist
• a project that does one thing well beats one that does five things poorly
• finished and small beats ambitious and abandoned
• small parts add up to big pictures
• tend it, don't optimize it
